Also LOL calm down there big dog, the mic is only like $250, it's affordable. It's not like a thousand dollar Neumann mic. I wouldn't personally assume this is anything to write home about though TBH, I think there are better microphones for the price even in the USB realm. It would be almost exactly like bragging that you have a Yeti Pro. Which... oh wait what am I saying, blind people would do that too.

I find it a bit distasteful that the creator of this platform comes on here throwing shade at a $250 mic demonstration. Especially given the following from the Our Agreement link:

You embody your creation, and if the powers that be here are seeking to remove toxicity by taking down the incel posts and similar, this type of driveby commenting is just another form of the same. Not quite as severe, mind, but it's not a great look.

he didn’t delete the post or ban anyone. The demo’s still up, and he was just sharing his opinion like anyone else can. And honestly, I kind of agree about the $250 mic. It feels a bit much ngl

damn, you guys are mean to somebody who went out of his way to do a microphone demonstration for you. Even the creator of this platform is a dick, and that is really saying something about today and the people in it. And certain people want to say that I’m a bad guy? No, even I have more respect than some of the people here. All crayton is doing was showing off of microphone that he had the privilege of using, and there’s nothing wrong with that. He’s allowed to save up money and buy things that he wants, just because you guys can’t does not mean that you have to throw shade or be mean to Crayton. Damn!

at the end of the day, we all have opinions, and I guess in my opinion, what bitebender said was kinda sort of, dickish. I’d say, great demonstration, Crayton. That microphone sounds good. Although, you must acknowledge, a Barringer XM 8500. connected to a 302 with the EQ nobs set right sounds pretty damn good, in which the behringer xm8500 is 20 bucks whilst the behringer xenyx 302 USB is like 50 or 80 bucks or something, a 100 or 130 buck podcastudio kit sounds just as good.
