Dude, this sounds like something a Weather Report would have made, or something you'd find in a Nintendo game. What drum VST did you use? I'm guessing probably Easy Drummer.

this is all written in musescore4, the only thing that isn't free muse sounds is the trombone which is from the nucleus library

Well if you ever want a jazz drummer to colaborate with let me know. Also I noticed that all the midi was the same velocity. You should make it more dynamic.

normally i would do, but i'm writing this in musescore purely for a band to play from so changing the velocities would be incredibly tedious and in the end pointless seeing as this is just a demo.

It's notation software so realistic playback isn't as much the goal

Overtale, where you fall up a skyscraper

I'dd love to hear the actual performance of this.

I'd love to be the mixing engineer on the real version of this but I doubt that'll happen lol

afraid this will probably never get recorded, and even if it does I'd do all the production because it would probably end up being a project i'd do for uni

Yeah I get it. Finding gigs as a dedicated mixing engineer is becoming harder and harder by the year lol. I might as well give up on music and dedicate all my resources to coding lol
