    She was clearly stating that the economic struggles the world faces today are completely the fault of systems set in place by a government that's hundreds of years old, and the values and systemic change have brought us to a point where we cannot win without strong! Financial! Investments! I would think that would be clear, given the briefcase she also carries around all the time.
