It's kinda crude and could use more refinement, but meh.

How are you making these?

This one is essentially noise through two keytracked comb filters and a flanger.

Man I just wish we had an accessible VST for doing vehicle sound design. That's the most tedius part of the skits I want to make. Manually doing foley like footsteps isn't bad but doing vehicles is a pain. I'd be even ok with synthy sounding vehicles like in ice drive lol we all use TTS for voices so synthy sounding cars isn't a big deal. But I just wish that was a thing.

there's a plugin called turbine for jet engines

Quite a lot and I think I could eventually get close in quality. Though of course, if you don't mind sailing the seven seas, things get cheaper.
