its the audio used for tesla cars backing up made to sound like it would ledaving somewhere. The whistling is the padestrian speaker that plays on the outside of the car when you are reversing. The first beeps are the seatbelt warning and the last ping is the autopilot engaging which are both played on the inside of the car

Lol I have tesla taxi's for school and shit. Did you make this yourself or? If yes it's darn on point. I always hear this sorda humming sound which you hear throughout the whole audio when the thing is slowly starting to drive but is not quite there yet. I don't always get it but yeah.
