    made the map much smaller so that you can pick the items, My keyboard froze for a bit there that's why I didn't actually got all of them. Incase it wasn't obvious enough from the audio, once a certain time passes, the items just, stop. It's like the game saying yeah dude, I think that's plenty enough. Go on, fall now. I have to manually initiate the falling though.
