This is a small session where I put you under a sort of relaxation session. Do not worry, this is not that cartoon stage hypnosis, you are getting sleepy, very sleepy, you’re so relaxed and sleepy and you’ll do as I say sort of stuff. This is actually a real session with relaxation techniques. Let me know how you feel after the session. Just remember, I am not a therapist, hypnotist, or anyone in the medical field.
