hi

kezz.b yesterday at 11:54 PM

kezz.b yesterday at 11:55 PM

it's like 5 in the morning

kezz.b yesterday at 11:55 PM

not too bad how's your 6 7 day going

kezz.b yesterday at 11:56 PM

it hasn't been mine yet, different date formats

kezz.b yesterday at 11:57 PM

not bad

kezz.b yesterday at 11:59 PM

I still remember that one time on the forum you said you were like 68 and I believed it

kezz.b today at 12:00 AM

this was on gc I remember you being like I'm going to class and I was like class? What is a man of your age doing in class?

kezz.b today at 12:01 AM

I know this now

kezz.b today at 12:02 AM

what happened today

kezz.b today at 12:02 AM

lol the same guy then posted a random drum recording pre 2016

kezz.b today at 12:03 AM

I just think it reminds me of sediment a bit

kezz.b today at 12:06 AM

I posted something similar on qc and the replies were brilliant

kezz.b today at 12:06 AM

like imagine comparing it to like brain damage

kezz.b today at 12:06 AM

6 7 is dead when no one bats an eye when it's said

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:09 AM

eh it's fine, you'll still have 6 or 7 left

GigaSound today at 12:09 AM

is it in releasing state soon?

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:13 AM

did he use AI, or did the AI use him

tunmi13 today at 12:13 AM

Sorry, it's me. when I click send message on iOS it keeps taking me to the start streaming page.

tunmi13 today at 12:14 AM

I've been having a bug with iOS 26 where VoiceOver will have a handful of crashes every 5 seconds or so.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:15 AM

I remember the days when you could get consistently decent audio on android and IOS. There was a time when I could actually use the qc web client on my braillenote touch, not touch plus, the original touch. Not sure how we got so much worse since then in terms of the audio stack on...practically everything. But yeah.

kezz.b today at 12:16 AM

idk I might ok bbs if this is still up

tunmi13 today at 12:17 AM

the name volume mixer isn't really accessible, at least not on fedora. you have to use the sound settings dialog.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:17 AM

everything on linux is accessible, as long as you're willing to make it accessible yourself.

tunmi13 today at 12:19 AM

orca's getting better though. It used to be really bad. Even has object nav, flat nav and a bunch of other things it didn't have.

tunmi13 today at 12:20 AM

boomers say they enjoy using Linux. They say that they’re using an actual computer again

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:20 AM

we paid trillions of dollars to train those language models and you will use them, and you will enjoy it!

tunmi13 today at 12:21 AM

And we'll even make a dedicated keyboard key for you. Trust me, you need it.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:21 AM

actually it was probably trillions of doge coins, sorry about that mistake

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:23 AM

welcome to 2026, in which we've stopped exchanging pieces of paper for things, and started exchanging them for other different kinds of pieces of paper

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:23 AM

or possibly just for literally nothing, seems fine. Just store it on your computers.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:24 AM

I heard about someone who threw out a hard drive with like thirty bitcoin on it without realizing.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:24 AM

right, that, that was the story.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:25 AM

actually, I dug it up and stole it. I was hungry and needed something to eat.

tunmi13 today at 12:26 AM

speaking of hard drives there's this ad on YouTube going around, where they're advertising a 32TB SSD for $45. Of course it isn't legit. They just resized it to make OS's think it's 32TB, when actually someone took it apart. It's literally a small SD card inside, which is only about 98GB.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:26 AM

no, I didn't fail the test. The hard drive had lots of information on it, so once I ate it, it raised my IQ up by 67 points

kezz.b today at 12:27 AM

hello again

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:27 AM

or there's those SSd's which only have a tiny bit of actually fast storage and the rest is much slower

tunmi13 today at 12:28 AM

I'm happy with my samsung T7 SSD.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:28 AM

reminds me of a trend I saw in australia a couple years ago, you could buy these "powerful laptops" with like 2 gb of ram, 64 gb of flash storage, etc

kezz.b today at 12:29 AM

lol it's a red flag if the most powerful gaming computer in the world is 600 dollars

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:29 AM

4 gb oughta be enough for anyone. In 1983.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:30 AM

I wasn't around in 1983 though, I heard they had these strange things like grasses and outsides that you could download onto your computers. Or maybe you walked there, I forget. Something weird like that.

tunmi13 today at 12:30 AM

unless it's the lenovo loq. which is actually a budget gaming computer with a decent NVIDIA RTX 3050. Think it has about 8GB of RAM? Maybe it was 16? Can't remember.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:31 AM

what did you do with it, eat it? use it as cables maybe?

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:32 AM

I know you can combine 10 grass to make a string in stw, and if you do that enough times then you get a net. Maybe that's how they made the internet, combining millions of grasses together.

tunmi13 today at 12:32 AM

puts a whole new meaning on a suncap.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:33 AM

now all I have to do is figure out this thing they used to do, it's called breathing. By the way, does anyone know why I feel sick?

tunmi13 today at 12:33 AM

I'm contemplating switching back to static pages. WordPress is starting to give me a headache. Was thinking nikola but not sure.

tunmi13 today at 12:33 AM

Oh hell no

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:33 AM

what, you don't like getting 60 million trillion comments from bots every day telling you to go to their blogs?

tunmi13 today at 12:34 AM

Yeah basic HTML was just when I was starting up as a new dev and only had like 1 or 2 projects.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:34 AM

I used html for an insanely long time, hand written html.

tunmi13 today at 12:34 AM

Yeah for at least 3 or 4 years.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:35 AM

come on, we've done that joke like 6 or 7 times already.

tunmi13 today at 12:35 AM

I'm surprised you're not playing the holiday's song.

tunmi13 today at 12:36 AM

yes. 6 7. the legit song.

tunmi13 today at 12:37 AM

bacon is such a good creation. bacon on a cheeseburger, bacon with eggs, pancakes, eggs and bacon, bacon is just great.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:37 AM

I mean fries, french fries wrapped with bacon

tunmi13 today at 12:38 AM

I prefer my bacon crispy. Shout out to Wendy's.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:38 AM

I like my bacon like I like my women; cooked to perfection.

tunmi13 today at 12:39 AM

Oh I don't need it like I'm chewing on chips crispy, just crispy enough to be firm. It should feel like I'm eating bacon, not gum.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:40 AM

bacon has evolved into its next form, bacony sand

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:40 AM

that reminds me of the time I accidentally ate some kinetic sand in my breakfast cereal .It was delicious.

tunmi13 today at 12:41 AM

yum. bacon crust. that needs to be a type of pizza crust.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:41 AM

Mostly we don't eat breakfast cereal, but there's a special kind of spider that you can turn into a steak. It's about the size of a cow and the meat has a distinct texture to it.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:42 AM

it also has 67 legs and being within ten feet of it will cause you to die immediately. Very difficult to prepare.

tunmi13 today at 12:42 AM

I love cinnamon toast crunch. but I uually have honey nut cheerios. I also like apple jacks and fruit loops. lucky charms aren't bad, not my first go-to but they're okay if there aren't any other options. reeses puffs are also nice.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:43 AM

I like eating AI for breakfast and shitting out essays about 15th century literature in the afternoon

tunmi13 today at 12:44 AM

I write my essays and then I give it to AI, take its advice, copy some lines, paste them, then do some cutting and... well. you get the gist.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:44 AM

oh, cutting and pasting, we had a serial killer who was fond of doing that. He would cut up his victims and paste them all over the walls.

tunmi13 today at 12:45 AM

Yeah because you have to know AI vocabulary.

XG-RoryMichie today at 12:45 AM

tuesday will be most auspicious, however

tunmi13 today at 12:46 AM

It always writes in introduction, first, second, third, then, in conclusion slash to finish slash finally, ! sort. it also uses lots of double dashes, and is excessive.

tunmi13 today at 12:47 AM

is it true that you can use backpack studio to stream to audio pub?

tunmi13 today at 12:49 AM

ah, the sound of fresh water pouring into a cup. or at least, what we americans consider fresh water. lol

tunmi13 today at 12:51 AM

we're apparently getting siri powered by gemini. But as for features, Apple hasn't really said much. iOS 27 is supposed to be a bug year but, Apple hasn't done that in 6 or 7 years.

tunmi13 today at 12:52 AM

And I truly mean 6 or 7, we've not gotten one since, what. iOS 13? 14?

tunmi13 today at 12:54 AM

I'll probably watch WWDC on my tv. I got my fire set up with a budget soundbar, the Poseidon M60. For a $99 soundbar with 5.1 surround and Dolby Atmos and a subwoofer, it's not bad. Obviously it's budget, think the lowest it can go in bass is about 30HZ? 35? But its surround is really good. It's meant for bedrooms.

tunmi13 today at 12:55 AM

I'm gonna stick around for iOS and watchOS. The rest doesn't really concern me TBH.

tunmi13 today at 12:55 AM

take care sir.
