If you think I'm bad, that's okay. People who have the confidence to put their singing out there aren't always that good. Not that I like putting it out there, but I'm attempting exposure therapy, where if I just do it, I can't undo it, and then maybe I'll get better at it and not be terrified to hit the upload button on my recordings. Anyway...

I just used a basic Reaper compressor and reverb, I have no wind screen, my microphone is hand held, I did no EQ-ing or mastering. I also wasn't warmed up, and probably shouldn't have tried for the high notes, being a literal baritone. It's okay! I had fun. That's what matters, when you're singing.

Got any feedback? Think i'm awful and should never sing again? If you do, that sucks for you, because I'm self taught and I like it. But still tell me. I'll f actor it in. Maybe.

Hell yeah! It does wonders for the confidence, doesn't it? You won't always have these days where you finally just say fuck it and do it, those come and go, but it really does help. Proud of you for this, and you're very performative which is good. Keep it up!
