Description:

Killing and exploding things in Just Cause2.
Playing using a keyboard and a mouse.
I have mods installed for god mode (Which prevents me from dying), grappling hook (Makes it very long and very powerful) and grenade explosion (Increases the power and adds additional graphical details). I also have all of the DLCs installed plus a special black market DLC that basically gives me everything plus no sound of the helicopter.

is this thing accessible, or next ableist garbage game?

No. It's not accessible natively, but it's playable if you are willing to put the time and effort into learning how. I enjoy it myself. It's possible to manage the game using the NVDA OCR as I did in this audio file too, and the facilities that the main character has, plus the many mods that are available for it makes it easier and more fun to play than other games of this genre for me. V2 has been the most playable one for me.

why you won't ask the devs to add accessibility?

It's a 2010 game. The chances of that happening is basically none.
