Listen to the end of this for interesting audio things. I love to rant and rant some more. This is actually not coming from a place of anger, more like a place of distraction and trying to get my spirits up. You see, My dog is dying and, rather than have him suffer, is going to be put down. Also I'm 2 fucking weeks sick and have been dealing with going deaf in the ears from them being clogged since friday. But enough depressing details. I will share with you something that made me mad playing adventure at C colon. I'm a veteren of the game, have played it for like 10 years straight so this isn't me disliking the game at all. I hope you love listening to this as much as I loved making this.

wow, that is fucked up, alright, that makes me pissed. like what the actual fuck. you should be able to cheat.  that would piss me off if I can't cheat, shouldn't get punished for it, especially if its an offline game

And as far as I last heard, he was having server issues with the manamon server, netplay or whatever the hell its called. So nice going scamming folks out of an aspect of your game especially since they need to trade, you know, online, to complete it fully. I mean maybe the server is fixed now but yes I agree either way on the entire price not lowering thing. Cheapo still selling manamon 1 which is half my age old for the same price. GTFO dude.

Not going to listen to the audio right now so won't make too many comments, but pretty sure somebody discovered the cheat panel with debugging back in the day. Cheating with cheat engine is vastly complicated by the obfuscation the game uses which I believe also provides its saving functionality, not sure if that's covered in the audio. But this is why there were so many saves being passed around when this game was popular, because it was hard to cheat.

honestly, the manamon price problem is a mixed subject, on one hand I completely understand but on the other you used steam to compare, steam games get old and no one wants to play them because a lot of other games appeared after it, but lets be honest, VGStorm games dominated the market and even the games from 2016 are still at the pinakle of rpg's, when you think rpg you think of VGStorm among other things. Also VGStorm isn't a huge company either, comparing with steam is very unfair, plus lets not forget how small the blind community is, so the revenue doesn't even come to the percent of a percent of what steam games get, even the less known ones, because that's how small the blind community is, I'm not saying it's 100% justified, but it's not pure evil as most people scene to think, think of it from his pospective at least, he's literally the lone coder and he paid who knows how many thousands on sounds and music, and it's a great quality game, so.

I've listened to demos of his games and played some of them thanks to a certain site having keys, but I would never waste the money on them. I've considered buying them on sales, but I don't think that's gonna happen.
His games are not bad for what they are, but considering how old they are and the fact he's not maintaining them anymore, they're not worth what he wants for them.
Even when Manamon 2 was first released, I didn't think it was worth the cost. I know some people get onto me for this, but neither of the Manamon games have voice acting. AHC did when it was paid and it was half the cost.
His games are five to ten years old, no longer maintained or updated, and he's still charging day one prices for them.

Oh. I also forgot to mention that not only is he charging outrageous prices, he has a big banner at the bottom of his homepage asking for donations.

comparing manamon to ahc is not fair, 1, ahc had a kickstarter where they got something like 20k out of the box, 2, the developers weren't alone, and they had the support of the entire community behind them, and I even heard someone in the community helped them make the game engine, voice acting isn't cheap,and manamon is like 10 times bigger than ahc, ahc is literally like 6 areas, manamon is like 40, and the manamon dev was confirmed to pay at minimum a thousand dollars for the music, and that's what we know, and those were like 7 tracks, manamon has over a hundrid, also do you even know how much voice acting costs? Like for a game like ahc maybe you can scrape by barely with a thousand dollars or 5, and that's funded by the kickstarter, but manamon? Manamon has something like over 50000 words from a wide selecton of characters and is self funded, do you know how utterly ridiculous your requirement is? Do you think voice acting is candy? Go ask anyone how much would 500 words cost and you'll be ashamed of yourself. That alone would cost you minimum $150
