How are you streaming with the phone?`And why not a little Raspberry Pi or something, that has active cooling and would generally be a bit more resistant.

    • clickersound - yesterday at 11:24 AM

Pi doesn't have to have active cooling just to let you know. You can somewhat passively cool a pi5 with a heatsink case, but something beefier than the Flirc case. You really should actively cool it though. Pi4, on the other hand, stays incredibly cool in the Flirc case.

For just streaming I don't think you'd need to cool it at all, at least if you're not running it 24/7. Especially the newer models that are designed to run a lot hotter.

That's 4 hours of pointless audio in my opinion. Don't you guys have any mercy on the wallet of whoever hosts this site?

    • Molitvan - yesterday at 12:17 PM

I mean someone could probably use this as like background noise or something but other than that yeah I don't really see a point other than the streamer having fun with experimenting, which I fully support

    • Aedion - yesterday at 4:37 PM

      True.

well, like i said, if you don't like it, feel free to skip it. there are people like me who enjoy these kind of streams, plus, Audiopub included this live feature, so we can use it as long as it does not violates any thing, which i believe it's not.
