As most people may know, Udio and Suno AI, the two current top contenders in the AI music space right now, are actively being sued by major record labels for using copyrighted material to train their models. I didn't want to believe it, but unfortunately, it is true. With a bit of clever prompting, you can get results like this, and it's frightening. Most of these were taken down, but I was able to download them before the mods were able to take action on the files.
And for those who are asking, no, this is not the upload feature. Udio requires audio-uploaded generations to be made private, so that wouldn't and shouldn't explain why this is happening on public-facing content, as you're not able to make a public song with a file you uploaded. I was able to try this myself, and I'll upload that all here.
Suno is having this same issue, but arguably Udio is more problematic due to its better sound quality, in my opinion.

if AI and musicians could co-exist peacefully without our entire industry collapsing, I would care less. As it is though, it's the labels that are suing them, not the musicians, and labels in 2024 don't work with musicians; musicians work for them. SO I highly doubt this will end well for either of the groups and a lot of precedents that will be set in this case can be used against us in the future.
