I found the 3-X track in Rhythm Doctor where the vocals are replaced with dog sounds, and I thought it was just something made up for fun. But apparently, it’s actually one of the Easter eggs in the game. The level is called “Rhythm Dogtor.”

So apparently there is a bug in a blind legend where after the enemy provoke you and if you swing your sword at it somehow it will hurt them. This only happen with PC version. I tried to do the same thing on android but it didn't work. Didn't know about IOS and mac.
