sounds like you decided to vocode water. Good job, hats off to you man. I love vocoding things that are just asking to be vocoded.

My question is, how did you make that pattern in the intense moments. Like I figure it's some type of filter or maybe an LFO, but it seems unique, in the fact that it's got a pattern to it. Also, that metallic chunk sound sounds like it comes from konnetic metal or konnetic toys, either way, it's awesome.

@GigaSound so it's not exactly a vocoder. It's more a resonator. Called Chroma. I basically just synthesized and sampled a bunch of percussion, used a few synth wubs,  and made a pattern. Then you just cover the entire thing in Chroma and you get this kind of sound. I put chroma on pretty much everything in this one. There's wind in the breakdown after the drop, the footsteps, the weird sci-fi weapony noises, also the birds in the beginning I kinda fade it in. Love Chroma. It's pretty great. You can probably achieve something similar with something that doesn't cost as much but it is just so easy! 

Oh and of course Disperser on it to make it sound super nice and spread out. Disperser is one of my favorite effects lately. And then just drop some Soothe 2 over the entire section. Gooooood stuff
