Let's see: There is a sound from cp, which is at the very beginning, then a piece of fake bonus sound from deathrode I guess and the sounds of shield and q9's scream. That's all I could figure out. Was everything else also taken from some games or not?

you are basicly right, accept for that the ha ha sound is from zbs ruby episode2, not death on the rode. Also I took emenem from must lose it and pitched the thing down. All of this I used stretch markers to aline with the beat.
